Altún Rosé
We try to respect the natural fermentation processes as much as possible, with a moderate intervention, to create an authentic wine that reflects its origin. We harvest the grapes by hand to pamper the fruit as much as possible, and after a gentle pressing, 50% of the free-run juice undergoes alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels at 16ºC for 20-30 days. Finally, it is left for 3 months on its lees in tanks, which gives the wine a very characteristic complexity and fleshiness.
Colour: Pale pink, elegant.
Nose: Complex and intense, with aromas of grapefruit, citrus notes, white flowers and some spicy nuances.
Palate: Fresh, with good acidity, and at the same time fleshy due to the work done on its lees.
