Tomás Postigo Rebollo
In the winery, the grapes are moved by gravity, without pumps, gently. The grapes arrive destemmed and whole in the vat.
Ageing: 12 months in 225 litre Quercus Pyrenaica oak barrels from different forests. At the end of the ageing process, 35 different wines were obtained, depending on the origin of the grapes and the type of barrel. This wine is the final blend of all of them.
APPEARANCE: Cherry red colour with reflections, very covered.
NOSE: Toasted aromas from the wood appear, as the wine opens up, giving way to perfumed notes such as sandalwood and cedar with slight hints of woody aromas. Presence of red fruit reminiscent of cherry and ripe cherry.
TASTE: Very velvety and round with a very juicy acidity, loaded with hints of red fruits. A very harmonious and elegant wine, all perfectly integrated, leaving a very pleasant sensation.
