Tomás Postigo Vinificación Integral

In the winery, the grapes are moved by gravity, without pumps, gently. The grapes arrive destemmed and whole in the vat.

Clarified with natural egg white.

Ageing: 18 months in French oak barrels.

APPEARANCE: Cherry red colour, very deep and bright.

NOSE: At the beginning there are very complex and pleasant tertiary aromas with hints of balsamic. Lingering red fruits such as red plums and noble woods. Spicy notes, cedar, tobacco and dried leaves.

TASTE: Intense, with muscle. At first, it is a little astringent, but as it opens up it becomes friendlier and more fluid. Good acidity and very balanced. It has a long aftertaste. It is a wine with a marked personality and great ageing potential. The aftertaste is full of spicy nuances.
