The time of lethargy in the vineyards is a period of standstill, of latency, where the vineyard rests, sleeps. The Sumarroca Letargia Gran Reserva Brut Nature cava is a cava with 10 years of ageing and maturation to achieve the best aromas and nuances.

From a careful selection of our fruit, this cava shows the complexity and length of tasting that comes from long ageing.

Colour: Pale yellow, with fine, persistent bubbles.

Nose: It offers soft notes of fresh apple and citrus aromas, which accompany the incipient toasted and pastry aromas coming from the yeasts.

Palate: An integrated mousse on the palate, which adds freshness to the sour apple and pastry notes.
