Sumarroca Il·lògic Macabeo
Colour: Pale yellow wine with silvery hues. Aromatically, intense notes of ercoline pear and hints of citrus predominate.
Nose: The aroma is fruity and has an undertone of fennel.
Palate: The fruit is clearly perceptible on the palate, it is sweet and has good acidity. Aromatic herbs and liquorice root appear in the aftertaste. It is long, round and, at the same time, fresh and playful.
