Raisined and sun-dried grapes from our own vineyards in the area of Jerez Superior in the Montealegre estate. Natural fermentation in 600 liter butts without added yeasts and six months under lees. Aged since 2014 in 600-liter butts of Oloroso.
Sweetness balanced by good acidity and flavor. Unfiltered.
