Mara Moura Rosado
Mara Moura Rosé is made from bastardo (merenzao) grapes, one of the oldest and minority native varietals of Galicia, which is practically extinct. It is a very fresh grape with an important mineral and spicy component but has very little color and a very thin skin.
The grapes are harvested early to enhance freshness. This limited edition of 1027 bottles is made by pressing whole grapes using only the free-run juice at low pressures to control color extraction.
