Cau d'en Genís Tinto
Harvested by hand in small boxes, all the grapes are carefully selected and sorted berry by berry in the winery.
A short maceration followed by a long fermentation/ageing for 6 months on fine lees in argil-based cement egg (Oeuf de Beaune).
Finally, it is bottled and refined for 3 months in the bottle.
All in all, the expression of the territory and of the red variety near the sea is sought.
Appearance - Garnet color with violet hues.
Nose - Penetrating aroma of ripe strawberries and raspberries,
spicy notes and aromatic Mediterranean herbs present in the estate.
Palate - Vibrant and refreshing entry with good acidity.
Red fruit, recalling the aromas perceived on the nose.
Silky and mineral on the palate, the result of aging on the lees in cement
