Cazalis de LCC, Sauternes

Cazalis de LCC, Sauternes

The vinification of Cazalis De LCC, involves a meticulous process typical of Sauternes wines.

The grapes, primarily Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscadelle, are harvested in multiple passes to ensure optimal selection of botrytis-affected berries.

The fermentation occurs in stainless steel or oak barrels, often interrupted to preserve the wine's natural sweetness.

The wine is then aged for a period of one and a half to three years in small wooden barrels, enhancing its complexity and sweetness.

Presents itself as a ripe and luscious wine, ready to be enjoyed.

On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of tropical fruits, floral notes, and hints of citrus, complemented by a sweet and refreshing acidity.

The palate is opulent, with flavors of honeyed apricots and peaches, balanced by a crisp finish that leaves a lasting impression of sweetness and elegance.
