Les Piliers de Maison Blanche

The grapes are hand-harvested and fermentations are natural and spontaneous, driven solely by the grape’s own yeasts and, subsequently, by the wine’s bacteria, under a regimen controlled by natural heat and cold. Ageing takes place without additives in underground cement tanks (tiled or untiled), in terracotta jars, or in French oak barrels, and the wine is bottled without fining or filtration.

Les Piliers de Maison Blanche 2020 stands out for its fresh and fruity profile, dominated by intense aromas of ripe black fruits like blackberry and plum, accompanied by subtle hints of sweet spices and an earthy undertone.

On the palate, it is a well-balanced wine that is approachable from its youth, featuring a fleshy texture structured by silky tannins and a vibrant acidity that brings freshness, leading to a long and elegantly fruity finish that reflects the typicity of its clay-limestone soil.
