Hacienda Solano is a small family winery, located in La Aguilera, Burgos. A village that boasts some of the best and oldest vineyards in the Ribera del Duero DO. Toni Sarrión was invited to make his own wine in 2016 and has been directly involved in the winemaking ever since, along with Sophie Kunh and the rest of the Cubillo Solano family, respecting their philosophy and joining a year later as a partner in the project.
