Since its foundation, the Palacio de Fefiñanes has been linked to wine making. A culture that has been sedimenting the knowledge of the winemaking process throughout family generations. Pioneers in the elaboration and commercialization of a singular variety, the expressive Albariño grape from the fertile Salnés Valley, to which we dedicate all our efforts.

Supported by a small vineyard of centennial vines enclosed within the walls of the property, and supported by a handful of small Cambadeses winegrowers, our winery gathers the old tradition of making Galician manor houses.
