Alan McCorkindale, winemaker at Waipara Valley (Australia), and Clem Yates, of Off-Piste wines, join forces to find a style of wine that is easy to enjoy. They chose the vineyard area of Marlborough, at the northeastern tip of New Zealand, as a maze of sea-flooded valleys. This area has the ideal conditions to make wines based on Sauvignon blanc with typical, full of nuances, citrus and aromatic.
