Sailing on the Gispy, our 39-foot Ketch Cangrejo, which shares timbers and shipyard with the Juan Sebastián Elcano, we were thinking about the importance of conserving classic sailing and boats and how to do it. So we came up with the idea of setting up a commercial company selling food, drinks, clothing, etc., so that, with the profits generated, we could set up an infrastructure to support the conservation of classic sailing and sailing in general in Spain.

Gipsy Gin is the fruit of the crew's experience and aims to be the flagship and first product of the foundation. It brings to the market a special product, made in the traditional way, respecting the old methods and ways of distillation and manufacture. It is distilled in the Cacao Pico distillery located in El Puerto de Santa María, which has nearly 200 years of experience in the manufacture of alcoholic beverages.

Our Handcrfated gin is distilled in copper stills and uses high quality raw materials.
