Winemaking
Organic white wine made from grapes from the Chardonnay variety. After a selection at the sorting table, the grapes macerate with the skin to obtain a better aromatic extraction. The grapes are lightly pressed to obtain the first pressing must, which is then fermented in new French Allier oak barrels at a low temperature. Afterwards, there is an ageing of 3 months.

Color: Bright straw color.
Nose: Powerful aroma, candied fruit, citrus and spirit.
Mouth: Sweetness, bitter, good acidity.
