Winemaking
Cava made from grapes of Pansa rosada (Xarel-lo vermell) from organic agriculture, grown on a hillside planted in 1957. Harvested with impeccable sanity, the base wine is obtained and the "Méthode Champenoise" is applied immediately after the first fermentation. It is marketed without expedition liqueur. Neither sulphites nor any other product are added throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Tasting note
Colour: Greyish with a pinkish background and fine bubble. Nose: Floral aromas of pink grapefruit and green almonds. Palate: Full-bodied, fresh and persistent with a certain daring rusticity.
