Pét-Nat, made with grapes from organic farming and in impeccable health. D)efgée from a light pressing and without adding any sulphites or other products, it will spontaneously start fermentation at a temperature of 15°C. End of the cold fermentation in the bottle without filtering following the Ancestral Method. It is put on the market covered with the same crown cork as the end of fermentation (without slitting the throat).

Tasting note

Colour: pale yellow with greenish reflections and light bubble - slightly cloudy (due to its production method). Nose: floral, white fruit (pear, green apple) and herbaceous (fennel) aromas with a subtle undertone of green almonds. Floral, white fruit and green almond flavours reminiscent of the aromas perceived in the nose.
