Winemaking
The vines are carried in trellis and cultivated following the regulations of the Balearic Council of Organic Agricultural Production. In Can Rich the harvest is carried out during the month of August, harvesting is done manually followed by a quick transport of the grapes to the winery to avoid possible oxidation. After crushing and destemming, fermentation and maceration is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Tasting note
Color: Violet-ruby colored like fresh and ripe red fruits.
Nose: Extends in the nose. Black fruit and spiced.
Palate: Vivacious for fresh tannins, acid, fleshy and soft. This young wine will represent the flavors of our vineyard overseas.
