Under the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla, we make this wine with its own personality and character in order to give it an identity that makes a difference.

Laurana is an acronym of the current and fifth generation of the company Bodegas Antonio Cañaveras.

It is a fresh, semi-sweet wine with a low alcohol content; with an air of renewal that seeks a younger market by introducing native grape varieties that are perfectly adapted to the climate and terroir, offering fruity aromas but without losing the characteristic acidity of the grape variety.

The grapes are harvested at night and in the early hours of the morning to avoid oxidation at the start of fermentation.

Subsequently, fermentation is carried out at 17-18ºC to avoid the loss of aromas.
