Winemaking
Made from the must press (0.2 to 1.5 bar) of the grapes destined for our best wines together with a small percentage of palomino located in small plots on the property. Harvesting is carried out by hand including a selection of clusters on the vine itself. The grapes are transported to the winery (5 minutes) in bulk in tractors with loads of less than 1500 kg to maintain the integrity of the grapes. At the entrance to the winery, the grapes are gently crushed and pressed in a semi-closed pneumatic press.
Tasting note
It has a bright yellow colour, clean, pale and transparent. On the nose it is elegant and fresh with aromas of caramel, citrus, white flowers and white fruit. On the palate it is pleasant and delicate with hints of caramel, white flowers and white fruit. As a suggestion it would be good to drink this white with aperitif preparations.
