Winemaking
Vinification: 80% destemmed and 20% whole grapes with stems, fermentation and malolactic fermentation in used foudre and stainless steel. Aged for 9 months in a combination of foudre, stainless steel and concrete. Pure Ribeira Sacra bottled.
Tasting note
Sílice is deep and dark in colour, and dark and deep on the nose. Delicious on the palate. Atlantic in every sense of the word, and it is not lacking in personality at all. Gentle, juicy, intense, with a fantastic bitter-sweetness balance, it drinks with tremendous ease and pleasure, it persists and persists, really addictive!
