Winemaking
A wine made from Mencía and Palomino wines in the form of the old clarets. Hand harvested with grapes from vineyards in the Sil River Canyon with granite, sand and slate soils. Made and aged in a stainless steel tank for 4 months. Autochthonous yeasts. Only 679 bottles produced.
Tasting note
A long-drinking wine with freshness and structure between a red and a full-bodied white. Bottled by hand and a little filtration.
