Sílice Viticultores avoids the use of herbicides and carries out its field work manually, with very limited productions that pursue a higher quality. After a meticulous selection process both in the vineyard and in the winery, the wines follow a totally artisanal production process that seeks to express the character of each plot, with the minimum of interference and avoiding processes that detract from the potential of the wines: indigenous yeasts, ageing in barrels that have been used for several years and do not contribute excessive wood nuances, no filtering, no corrections... In short, very authentic and honest wines that demonstrate the winery's veneration for this land and its vineyards.
