Celler Credo Can Credo Blanco

Can Credo white wine comes exclusively from family vineyards located in the Alt Penedès region (Barcelona) and grown according to the principles of organic and biodynamic farming. The vineyards are worked by allowing a spontaneous vegetation cover to grow, which is important for sponging the soil and regulating the retention and drainage of water in a rainfed crop such as the one we practice. This cover is essential to promote biodiversity and balance in the vineyard's ecosystem, where we apply treatments with medicinal plants (phytotherapy) to control the presence of fungi and reinforce the vines in a completely natural way. The harvest at Celler Credo is always carried out by hand to guarantee the excellent quality of the bunches. Before pressing, the grapes pass through the manual sorting table. Vinification and bottling are always carried out on our property.
