Arriscado is an adjective that means "full of cliffs", which fits perfectly with the reality of this vineyard.
A plot of colluvial sedimentation made up of 55% of limestone and gypsum rocks, which is what gives it its stony character and limestone sapidity.
Tasting note
A wine with a very earthy character in which the sensation of stone predominates with the fusion of a very citric point and an important and sapid volume, which is what transports us to those great wines of the most emblematic white wine areas.
