Winemaking
Young white wine made from the verdejo variety. After a gentle pressing, the must is obtained. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, which facilitates the extraction and conservation of the primary aromas, fruit and floral, typical of the variety. The grapes entered the winery in excellent conditions of health giving high quality wines despite the drought produced throughout the year and the winter frosts.
Tasting note
Color: Attractive and youthful greenish yellow. Nose: High aromatic intensity when fresh grass, fennel and boxwood are perceived, together with tropical fruits and citrus fruits. Mouth: Its passage through the palate is cheerful and marked by its varietal character. Thanks to its final acidity we have a fresh wine with a long fruity and balsamic aftertaste.
