Grown in this northern climate and on the stone\flint plateau overlooking the Loire River this is a classic example of cracking winemaking and low yielding Sauvignon Blanc vines producing fantastic grapes.
Tasting note
This dry white displays a classic smokey, lime and mineral influenced flavour reflective of the region's flinty soils. Delivering an elegant and well balanced taste of kiwi fruit and gooseberries it then leaps into a fresh and clean tang with a delicious zesty lime finish.
