Manual harvest in individual boxes with double selection table. Grape entry by gravity with ovis. Fermentation with autochthonous yeast.It rests for 18 months in French oak barrels and concrete tanks.
Tasting note
It has an attractive cherry colour with a violet rim. In nose, very aromatic, marked notes of fruits of the forest, with memories of confectionery, balsamic. The palate is fleshy, lively, with sensations of berries, cinnamon, spices, violets, balsamic and persistent primary finish.
