Winemaking
The grapes are chosen from our vineyards of lower production based on their ripening potential and aging capacity to make this Gran Reserva. Fermented, with autochthonous yeasts, at low temperature at the beginning to finish at 30ºC. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels of 1 year and subsequent ageing for 24 months in barrels before bottling. Stored in the cellar for 5 years before marketing.
Tasting note
Color: It has a ruby cherry colour.
Nose: Notes of ripe fruit, minerals, aromatic herbs, eucalyptus, white pepper, cocoa and hints of bush.
Palate: It is fresh with sensations of red fruit, balsamic, cocoa berry, bay leaf and tannin still marked.
