Winemaking
Strict selection of grapes from our vineyards after analyzing and tasting the different plots. They are grapes with a high concentration of aromas and a distinctive character from the rest of the vineyard. Fermentation, with non-native yeasts, at low temperature at the beginning and ending at 30ºC with maceration of the skins for 15 more days. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels and subsequent ageing for 15 months in the same barrels.
Tasting note
Color: It presents a cherry color with garnet edge.
Nose: Intense, aromas of ripe fruit, blueberries, spicy, bush, rosemary, cloves, balsamic, chinese ink, creamy oak.
Palate: Its passage in the mouth is powerful and tasty, fruit and aromatic sensations of the nose appear, as well as chocolate, with ripe tannins, and a long and persistent finish.
