The wine has been matured for an average of 18 months in the cellars and left to rest for 6 months after disgorging to complete the maduration.
Tasting note
Color: Bright straw yellow, very fine and persistent bubble.
Nose: Citrusy hints and green fruit.
Palate: Very creamy on the palate with a lively acidity that makes it strawberry and unctuous, with a touch of citrus. Very appropriate to accompany aperitifs, rice and a good lamb in the oven.
