Winemaking

Night harvests, cold direct presseng, fermentation at low temperature: 14°C and then 18°C at the end of the fermentation.

Tasting note

Eye: A lychee color robe with purple reflections. Nose: Intense nose, playing with white floral and exotic fruits notes. Palate: In mouth, the first impression is fresh and round, supported by the citrus fruits delicacy (guava, grapefruit….). A great lingering in the end.
