Winemaking
Harvest is done manually in boxes of 12 kg and the grapes are kept in cold storage at 2 degrees Celsius until they are directly pressed. Cold desfangado in cold and fermentation at low temperature and work on lees for 2 months.
Tasting note
Color: Pale salmon pink colour with coppery reflections.
Nose: Predominantly floral aromas, rose petals and white flowers, saffron, grapefruit, stone fruit as ripe apricots and memories of pastry.
Palate: In the mouth it is fresh, long, syrupy and balanced with an intense aftertaste.
