Alcoholic fermentation in oak vats from the Vosges forest. Subsequent aging of the wine for 11 months in the same vats. Biodynamic wine. Long vinification on fine lees, use of very low doses of SO2 before bottle filling.

Polyhedral. It can be presented both with its more greedy and accessible side as well as expressing its firmer and deeper side.
