This Sauvignon Blanc comes from the "Chêne Marchand" and "Grand Chemarin" localities with a limestone subsoil and coagulated soil (Sancerrois limestone). First we perceive the purity and finesse of this wine, followed by notes of pear, apple, white flowers such as lilies and some hints of fresh almond coming from a very well controlled barrel aging, giving unctuousness. "Harmonie" is one of the winery's prestigious vintages and bears its name very well.
Tasting note
On entry we find it majestic, with great precision and letting appear a hint of iodine, with power and above all desire to return the wine to the mouth. Its perfect balance plays with notes of fruit, white flowers, slightly toasted makes the harmony of this Sancerre is remarkable. The finish comes to energize the tasting in a structured and straight mouth, it is a great wine!
