Winemaking
Fermentation in oak barrels. Pumping over. Free malolactic fermentation at cellar temperature (13/14º C). Bottling is carried out after the twelfth month. Bottling after 1 year and a half of aging.
Tasting note
Rich and flavorful with fruity and floral aromas along with a fresh finish full of vivacity and elegant minerality. Complexity is present from the first note on the nose to the finish on the palate.
