Winemaking
The grapes are received on a vibrating table and the whole grapes are pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. And the aging is combined in stainless steel tanks and 30% in used oak barrels.

Vincent Pinard's Flores cuvée presents a perfect balance between the lively and fresh expression of Sauvignon blanc, the sharp character of the Atlantic acidity and the punch provided by the chalky activity.
