Winemaking
All the grapes are coming from the vineyard Cubillas in Rioja Alta. Aged in oak barrels for 3 years, submitted to 2 rackings per year. Clarified with egg white. Aging in bottle, the rest bottled unfiltered.
Tasting note
Color: Brilliant rubi.
Nose: Very fresh and a light aroma of licorice with a persistent aroma.
Palate: Fine, fresh and persistent.
Pairing: Very good with vegetables and spanish "tapas".
Serving temperature: Between 18º and 20º.
