Alba Martin really looks like to the sea and to her homeland, the Rías Baixas. She is naturally elegant and calm and she also perfectly knows how to combine the classic and the modern by herself. Alba Martin is able to let everybody know the Atlantic Ocean honesty. Fermentation: stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Tasting note
Visual Phase: Clean and crystalline straw yellow. Smelling Phase: Medium intensity with notes of citrus, stone fruit type avocado, smells and aromatic herbs. Presents a saline background. A very complex and elegant aromatic profile. Tasting Phase: Fresh entry, enveloping and with a good balance between acidity and sugar.
