Martín Códax Lías combines modernity and tradition. The grapes for this Albariño come from our experimental vineyard, Pé Redondo, and the oenology team makes an exhaustive selection of the best fine lees from all the winery's tanks. The wine and the selected fine lees are subjected to Batonage for two months, giving it smoothness and volume in the mouth. Then, it is aged for ten months in stainless steel tanks with the lees at rest to achieve the desired balance.
Tasting note
Visual phase: intense straw yellow. Nose: high aromatic intensity, with notes of very ripe pear, apple and white peach, memories of aging on very clean lees (yeast, bakery and vanilla). Tasting phase: wide entry in the mouth, oily and with volume, with a good passage, long and fruity aftertaste, lactic and bakery notes.
