Prior to its vinification, the cuvée was aged on its lees for 3 months. Vinification: 2017. Second fermentation in the bottle. Ageing: Twenty-four months on its lees before disgorging.
Tasting note
Appearance: Clean, bright, lemon yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: Citrus, fruity (green apple) and with balsamic notes of aromatic herbs. The varietal aromas are in perfect balance with the lees and bakery notes generated during the ageing process.
Tasting phase: In the mouth the creaminess of the lees is perceived, with a lively but very well integrated bubble, which provides freshness and persistence.
