The particularity that distinguishes this wine is the process of maceration in vats for twelve hours. This is followed by fermentation, which is controlled by cooling.
Tasting note
Attractive onion skin colour, bright and clean. The aromas are a perfect blend of fruit and flowers, cherries, strawberries and roses. The palate is young, easy to drink and fruity. It has a pleasant acidity on the finish. It needs to be drunk well chilled.
