Mestizaje Tinto

It is named for the fusion of traditional viticulture and the most modern cultivation techniques, combining vines in glass with the most daring planting frames, combining the silly (local variety) with foreign varieties. Mestizaje presents a very original coupage of five different varietals, which makes it a very interesting wine. Each variety ferments separately. After resting for three months in a wooden tank, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels that have been used for another ten months.
