Winemaking
Harvest in September after a complete maturation, fermentation in new French oak barrels at controlled temperature and aging for about three months with batonnage on fine lees in barrels of the same characteristics. Afterwards, the wine remains in the bottle for at least 6 months.
Tasting note
Color: It looks a very intense greenish yellow that attracts attention. It is a clean and bright wine.
Nose: With the presence of the aromas of white fruit with hints of honey and pastry.
Palate: Smooth and tasty in the mouth, but always fresh, light, pleasant and with a long aftertaste.
