VIEW: Intense color. With violet tones: NOSE: Great expressiveness, strawberry, raspberry, red and black fruits, sweet spices, pepper. MOUTH: Very expressive and juicy, with lots of fruit and flavor. Smooth and creamy. Great aromatic persistence. PAIRING: Tapas, cold meats and cheeses. Stews, Italian cuisine and Mediterranean cuisine.
