Winemaking
Manual harvest in boxes of 12 kilograms. Temperature controlled prior to fermentation in specially designed cold rooms for a period of 24 hours (at between 4 and 6ºC). Table selection. Destemmed cluster shoulders. Fermentation in French oak vats. Malolactic in new French oak barrels. Aged for 46 months in 100% new French oak barrels.
Tasting note
Color: Deep purple color.
Nose: Opulent. Black cherries in liquor, menthol touches. With great structure and dense, full of memories of black cherries, wild strawberries, white pepper and dark chocolate.
Palate: Silky on the palate, aftertaste of blood oranges and spices.
