Viura 50%, Malvasía 30%, Garnacha Blanca 20%

Winemaking

Cold maceration for 14 hours. Static sludge removal. Fermentation in new French oak barrels (from the area of Los Vosgues) with medium-long Burgundy toasting. Temperature controlled between 14 and 16ºC with autochthonous yeast selected from our own vineyards.

Tasting note

Colour: Pale straw yellow with greenish and golden reflections.

Nose: Elegant and complex nose, of citric start that evolves to tropical fruit notes well combined with notes of aging, spicy, excellent minerality with hints of chalk and fine herbs, fennel.

Palate: Fresh, citrus fruit on the palate. It is tasty, unctuous, full-bodied, with floral notes and fine herbs, very well balanced and with a long and persistent aftertaste.
