Traditional processing 100% destemmed. Pre-fermentative maceration for 5 days at 6ºC. temperature, making gentle pumpovers and light aeration during this phase. Alcoholic Fermentation: 8 days with temperature control between 28 and 30ºC., making 2 or 3 pumpovers daily in its first phase and ending with a comeback. Post-fermentative maceration: For 8 days. Discovered directly in new French oak barrels where the wine is aged will perform the malolactic fermentation. Aged for 16 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting note

Color: Cherry red, with golden rim. Clean and bright.

Nose: Complex, medium intensity. Aromas of red fruit (cherries), black (blackberries, plums) and floral (violets, rosemary), with fine spicy notes.

Palate: Intense and flavorful, with enough presence of black fruit. Fine tannins, well integrated and marked minerality. Good acidity.

Formats: 75cl, 1,5l
Graduation: 14%
