Winemaking
Reception and pressed separately by varieties and plots, according to maturity. Static settling 24 hours and controlled at 14°C for 20 days of fermentation. Decanting below 1010 density to keep the fine lees in the tank during the period prior to the final blending.
Tasting note
Color: Pale yellow.
Nose: Fresh and elegant aromas with notes of white fruits such as pear and red delicious apples, combined with hints of orange blossom.
On the palate: Mouthfeel is fresh and fruity, with a very pleasant finish.
