Winemaking

Maceration at 10 degrees for 4 hours to remove all the complexity of the variety. Gentle pressing and static clarification for 24 hours. Fermentation at 16ºC for 18 days. Racking and working with fine lees for 3 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Tasting note

Color: Pale yellow with green hues. 

Nose: Elegant aroma of great complexity which highlights the citrus notes of grapefruit, pineapple and the tropical Mediterranean peach.

Palate: Mineral much more evident on the palate, velvety presented with a very fresh and fruity final.
